About The Owner
Nannette Chandler
Through Chandler & Co. Construction, Nannette Chandler preserves Pensacola's architectural history by rescuing derelict historic properties, most notably transforming the 1880s Victorian, The Gilded Lady, into an immersive hospitality venue. By meticulously restoring the North Hill property and curating it with local, era-specific artifacts, she merges authentic historical stewardship with modern design, proving old structures can be preserved rather than erased.
